THE DEATH DECK

The Death Deck is a full deck of 52 uniquely designed playing cards inspired by Agatha Christie’s “And Then There Were None.”

Dame Agatha Christie was an English writer who is often referred to as “the Queen of Crime.” She is one of the best-selling authors of all time, and her novel “And Then There Were None” is the best-selling crime novel of all time. This thriller follows 10 strangers who are invited to a solitary mansion on “Solider Island.” It soon becomes clear that the guests were invited under false pretences and are being killed one by one.

The ten victims of the novel are represented by each of the number cards (Ace through 10) in order of death, and the face cards (Jack through King) depict toy soldiers that reflect the island’s namesake. The cards all feature the same back pattern and are enclosed in a bespoke box.
