Metrogo redesign
This project was created as part of my qualification within the UX Design course at Yoobee College of Creative Innovation. The key task for this assignment involved adopting a UX approach to help improve a website or interface to create a better overall user experience.
As a frequent user of the Christchurch public transport network, I chose to redesign their ‘MetroGo’ platform as I was frustrated with the current digital interface and it’s shortcomings when providing accurate, timely, and accessible information. This project enabled me to test and improve my UX knowledge from start to finish by conducting effective user research to inform the subsequent wireframe/prototype designs.
The result is a refreshed take on the current ‘MetroGo’ platform that is designed with uses needs in mind to enhance public transport connectivity and promote the uptake of environmentally friendly travel throughout the city.
